How much equity do you take?

10-20% depending on MVP complexity and timeline. 2-week MVP = ~10%, 4-week MVP = ~15-20%. We use standard SAFE agreements with valuation cap and discount.

What if we already have funding?

This program is designed for pre-seed/bootstrapped startups looking to preserve cash.

What happens after the MVP?

You own 100% of the code. You can: continue with r3factory on a cash basis, hire an in-house team, or place a Vibe Engineer via our talent division.

Do you provide funding beyond the MVP?

No. We're not a VC fund. However, we can introduce you to investors in our network (including Anthony Bourbon's Blast.club).

Can we buy back the equity later?

Possibly. We're open to discussing buyback clauses at certain milestones (e.g., Series A).
